"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong." -President John F. Kennedy
Humans need physical activity. It is something so vital and important that we shrug off most of the time. It keeps our blood flowing healthily and it mentally benefits us so much. Whenever you're about to take a big test or anything similar you're always told to get rest and eat a healthy breakfast. When you take care of yourself in other ways other than exercise it greatly benefits you because it makes your brain fully awake and up and running for whatever you're about to put it through. So when you exercise you're really kind of waking up your brain. I am one to not do too much physical activity because I need to condition myself to get used to it otherwise I feel just achy and just generally bad. But the couple times I walked or ran I noticed being less stressed about certain things and I felt like I had time and energy to think about other things and do them effectively. You can even see on my homework sometimes that I word it more professionally or I write it messily because I have so many ideas about what I'm gonna write about. Most of these good homework days are when I feel at my best and it' s because I have been doing some type of prolonged exercise like walking dogs for a while. I think exercise is very important! It's honestly all an investment in time for yourself because the pros outweigh the cons every time!
