Class Evaluation

1. I liked the spreadhseet work.
2. I didn't really like the studenht success statements and the example, they were difficult to write at times.
3. I think this class should put more emphasis on how to fix simple computer issues. I fele like a lot of people don't know and it is really useful information. Especially when computers will always be buggy and we will use them for basically the rest of our lives.
4. I wouldn't say I do it everyday but I like to see what my goals are once in a while. It helps me understand how to prioritize certain things I want to do. Reviewing my goals journal helped me have clear vision of my future goals and reminded how much I have to work to get there.
5. Yes I am commited to being a CTR person 24/7. Everyday I try my best to be conscious of my decisions. And I understand how great and important choosing the right is. I'm certain I will be CTR for the rest of my life.
6. I learned the importance of typing correctly and I will recommend certain websites that helped me personally with typing. I think I will also share with other how great being a CTR person is and how great it goes for their life.
7. I will always remember the student success statements and the video on the cowboy helping the person who got their bike stolen. I will also always remember the Indian and the Snake. It was a great metaphor and an interesting video.

Games Tester

Duties and Responsibilities: A person who tests videogames before a deadline for any glitches or bugs that can be found in the game. They make unusual decisions and very likely decisions the person playing the game might make.

Salary: $32,716

Education: Common degree is game design

Demand for this particular career: Every game needs testers and more and more games come out each year. High demand.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why or why not?
Yeah I would want to because I explore almost every part of the game and find the strangest glitches. Some of the parts are looked over. So it's hard to actually play them when I'm so concerned about detail and going the way no one else does.

Student Success Statement 5.30.18

When we don't live with any goals in mind. It's hard to have any motivation or anything. Usually we steer ourselves towards something even if it's general. When you have a goal you want to keep at it and persist it. It's something you want to spend your time on. WHen you spend your time being idle you are more likely to choose the wrong too. It's a path of 0 productivity that can really do a lot to you. You feel like you want something to happen in your life. If your goal is to ctw then it isn't a goal. 

Trauma Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities: They deal with emergency situations in the hospital and are able to deal with situations where the disease or condition isn't known.
Salary: $60,000
Education: Registered Nurse degree and a bachelor's with a certification.
Demand for this particular  career: 16% increase
Rflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why or why not?
This does sound interesting. I've always liked the trauma centers in hospitals and I've always wondered what it's like to work there and what the environment is like.

Student Success Statement 5.25.18

Sometimes we forget that we are individuals and we aren't stuck in an infinite loop of making the same decisions everyday. Whether they're good or bad. You need to make an effort to make yourself the best you can be in any aspect. It's important to understand that you have potential in every part of you. Once you get that in your head you want yourself to be able to have space to grow and be in touch with that potential. So when you invest you know how to take care of yourself and understand that it's your job to take care of yourself. For example, let's say you are doing really bad in school and you decided to start putting in more work for a better output. Being able to say this is amazing in itself. It takes years sometimes for people to get the realisation that they are able to do good in school. So once you decide to do good in school you also realize that you've been neglecting yourself of sleep, nutrition, positive social interaction, and etc. This is an investment meaning you are putting effort in yourself for a succesful outcome in the end. 

Memorial Day

What is memorial day? 
Memorial day is a day to remember fallen soldiers.
When is Memorial Day each year? 
Monday 28.
What are a few ways to show honor and respect on Memorial Day? 
You can wear red poppies, visit cemeteries,  and place flags or flowers on graves.
What are a few things you will do on Memorial Day to show honor and respect? 
I will think about the means it takes to die for your country.
Reflection:
It is important to remember the soldiers that do their job knowing death is imminent. They deserve respect for helping the others in the country that might nt be able to serve. I think it's a good day to reflect the backgriund scenes of why we're able to do so much in America. We are also reflective of the destruction war has. The devestation is so big that it's important to avoid it as much as possible. But when we cannot avoid it we have to wish for the best behavior of the army.

Student Success Statement 5.23.18

"If there is beauty in character, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world. Conclusion: If there is beauty in character, there will be peace in the world." Chinese proverb.

Having peace wihtin yourself is the key to truly achieveing peace with others. It's important to understand that it all starts with you and your behavior. If you are a good honest person there is harmony in the home as you learn to deal with certain things and how to deal with certain people. You don't petty what you need to when youre a good person. Other people might go out of their way to be unkind and selfish. If things are going okay at home then things usually go okay with all your interactions and the "nation". There is something about being a genuine person that is the true meaning of peace and self fulfillment.
